Your tasks

• The planning of consultation appointments using the resource and activity planning program (RAP), up to the sending of notifications to the parents, falls within your area of responsibility.
• Daily telephone and email contact with patients/parents as well as internal and external bodies shapes your everyday work.
• You will support our doctors in the ORL department in administrative, coordinating, and organizational tasks.
• You will transcribe reports of all kinds from e-dictation.
• Various administrative tasks under your own responsibility or by order complete your area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant and/or Medical Secretary with proven professional experience
• Upbeat, friendly, and service-oriented
• Organizational talent with an exact and expeditious way of working
• Able to work in a team, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Proficient oral and written German and English skills

Your salary ##

At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 66'000 and 86'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your training and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet possess the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development is based on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
