In this versatile role, you will take over the leadership and coordination of Facility Management services for several customer locations. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things, the following tasks: Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets per mandate Cost and budget control as well as KPI monitoring Preparation of reports and analyses Ensuring standardized service delivery Control and optimization of Service Level Agreements Support in the implementation and de-implementation of mandates Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships Support in the acquisition of new mandates Compliance with internal guidelines and conducting safety rounds Leadership and development of your employees Technical participation and support in maintenance and repair This is what distinguishes you.
