Project Management Outreach Youth Work in the Digital Space & Participation

Are you enthusiastic about digital living environments, participation, and innovative forms of outreach youth work? jugend.gr is the umbrella organization for child and youth promotion in Graubünden. We operate the specialist office jugend.gr as well as other projects. For the further development of our offers, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Project Management 60-80% ## In this versatile function, you will take over the management of an innovative pilot project for outreach youth work in the digital space. Together with partner organizations, you will develop and test new ways to reach young people where they move today. In addition, you will coordinate child and youth participation in the Canton of Graubünden. As a contact and advisory center, you will support municipalities, organizations, and specialists in initiating and further developing participation processes. In addition, the following tasks are part of your daily work: • Further development and maintenance of cantonal and national networks • Communication via website, newsletter, social media, and print media • Organization, coordination, and administration in the daily operations of the specialist office For the project management, we are looking for a motivated specialist in Social Work or with a comparable qualification, who ### • brings several years of experience in Open and Outreach Youth Work. • moves confidently in the digital space and brings digital skills, e.g., for gaming and content creation. • enjoys working independently and in a structured manner. • appears confidently and convincingly towards different stakeholder groups and brings texts and communication to the point in a stylish, clear, and target-group-oriented manner. • ideally possesses a category B driver's license and knowledge of several cantonal languages.
