Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for complex blind construction projects from planning to handover in the Zurich region
• Planning and ensuring timely customer communication with architects, general contractors, and clients
• Developing innovative, technical detailed solutions on construction sites
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
• Budget and resource planning as well as control
• Ensuring compliance with quality and time specifications
• Customer and supplier management

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience (approx. 5-10 years) as a project manager in the blind, construction, or similar industry
• Completed vocational training (e.g., blind fitter EFZ, facade builder EFZ (occupational field building envelope), draughtsman EFZ (specialization architecture)) or comparable technical training with further training in project management
• Sound specialist knowledge of blind technology, materials, and assembly mandatory
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• Experience in interdisciplinary leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, healthy assertiveness
• Confident handling of relevant software (Microsoft palette)
• Ability to communicate openly and appropriately to the target group in German (m/f)
• Team player with good manners as well as a confident and well-groomed appearance
