At a glance

The SKAN laboratory specializes in the manufacture and testing of bioindicators and is an important partner in questions regarding microbiological qualification processes. As part of our 6-member production team in the laboratory, you will work closely with your colleagues to reliably manufacture our world-renowned bioindicators.
The activity is strongly production-oriented and includes clearly defined, recurring work steps in compliance with our quality and GMP specifications. Carefulness, concentration, and a reliable way of working are particularly important. The tasks are partly routine and physically demanding - anyone who enjoys working in a structured and constant manner and maintaining the necessary accuracy and attention even during recurring activities will find a suitable environment here.
You will work closely with your colleagues and contribute directly to the quality of our products through your careful way of working. Experience in pharmaceutical production or in a laboratory is an advantage. However, particularly important to us are your willingness to learn our production processes, your sense of responsibility, as well as your calmness and reliability in everyday work.

Tasks

• Manufacture of biological indicators including documentation of all work steps according to ISO and GMP guidelines
• Independent and careful execution of individual production steps from preparation to the finished product
• Preparation and provision of the required packaging and production materials
• Execution of secondary packaging
• Seamless and traceable documentation of all work steps according to GMP requirements
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety specifications throughout the entire production process
• Ensuring a clean and GMP-compliant working environment
• Support with general activities to maintain a structured and efficient production process

Hardskills

• Completed training in the technical, scientific, or production technology field or comparable professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP-regulated environment
• GMP knowledge and experience with activities requiring documentation are an advantage
• Experience in a microbiological or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• Good German and English skills (B2)

• High level of care and quality awareness, especially in complying with specified processes and work instructions
• Perseverance and ability to concentrate during routine and recurring tasks
