The JFB Region Baden is a polyvalent social service for eight municipalities in the Baden district. Around 20 employees of JFB Region Baden provide diverse services in the social sector for the persons residing in the association municipalities. Our activities are divided into two specialist departments. • Material and immaterial aid with offers such as social assistance, maintenance assistance and parenthood assistance • Child and adult protection area with investigations on behalf of the family court, educational supervision, foster care assessments as well as daycare inspections. For the expansion of the various areas of activity and the further development of the position, we are looking for a reliable and strong-leadership personality as: Managing Director (60-80%) ## In this role, you take over the management of JFB Region Baden in terms of business administration, personnel and organizational aspects, bear responsibility for the operational business and actively help shape the business strategy. Different exciting tasks await you: • You are in close exchange with the board, prepare decision-making bases and further develop the business strategy together with it • You lead JFB Region Baden with its services into the future and act with foresight regarding changing social developments • You take over the direct leadership of the three specialist department heads (Administration, material and immaterial aid as well as KESR). Together with them, you form the executive management • You continuously further develop the organizational and leadership culture • You contribute to positioning JFB Region Baden as an attractive employer • You maintain the network with the association municipalities as well as regional cooperation partners • You bear responsibility for internal and external communication • You further lead the development and implementation of a concept to publicize the services to non-association municipalities from the region As a winning and experienced leadership personality, either with a business administration education and experience in the social sector or with a degree in the field of Social Work with further training in the areas of management and business administration, you are well equipped for this function.
