As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and strong leadership personality as Member of the Executive Board 80 - 100%, Risk Management & Compliance by February 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks In this function, you will assume overall responsibility for the specialist center with the areas of credit analysis, back office, compliance, and risk control. Together with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, you will actively participate in shaping the strategic development of Bernerland Bank. You are responsible for the further development of corporate governance, risk, and control management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you promote efficient and future-oriented processes, review complex credit transactions, and represent your area of responsibility to the Board of Directors. Your profile You have a university degree or an equivalent business administration or banking specialist qualification. You also bring several years of leadership and management experience in a financial institution. In-depth knowledge in the areas of compliance or financing, as well as experience in banking operational risk management, form the professional basis for this function. You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and convince through conceptual strength as well as the ability to develop sustainable and practical solutions.
