For our family-like Kinderkrippe Giraffe, we are looking for an engaged and warm-hearted specialist for childcare (FaBe K) or a person with an equivalent qualification, 20 % ? Your fixed working day You work every Monday from 08:15 to 17:30, including lunch break. During this time, you take responsibility for a group of children with up to 10 children aged approx. 2½ years until they enter kindergarten. -- Your tasks With us, a varied and responsible everyday life awaits you with plenty of time for the children: You design a varied and child-friendly daily routine. You plan and implement theme-related projects together with the team. You accompany and support the children lovingly in their development. You accompany the children during hygiene tasks and support them in becoming increasingly independent. You take responsibility for the interns in everyday life. You ensure good group organization, for example with chores, daily routine, and distribution of tasks. You help with the design of the group rooms. You maintain attendance lists and report sheets. You go outside with the group of children once a day so that they can play, discover, and romp around. You actively participate in the nursery's everyday life and shape it with much heart and commitment. ? What you bring with you You are an open, reliable, and responsible personality and enjoy accompanying children in their development. Ideally, you bring the following: Completed training as FaBe Kinder (FaBe K), KKE or equivalent qualification Experience in group leadership of a children's group in a Kita Joy in working with children and in their care Motivation and initiative Patience and empathy Organizational skills and sense of responsibility Helpfulness and openness to new things Perseverance and resilience Willingness to take on responsibility A positive attitude and a good role model function ?
