Financial leadership in project business The ROTH GRUPPE, with around 450 employees, is one of the leading companies in the fields of structural fire protection, technical insulation and interior finishing. For the ROTH GRUPPE, we are looking for a personality as Head of Finance & Controlling, effective immediately or by arrangement. In this central management function, you will lead and develop the Finance & Controlling department with five employees. You will prepare and be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as the consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and ensure reliable financial management of the group. A particular focus is on the project-oriented business and its economic development. As a business partner, you will work closely with the group management and the operational managers, create transparency and provide sound decision-making bases. To be successful in this position, we are looking for a technically proficient, hands-on and assertive personality with sound training or further education in finance and accounting, controlling or business administration. You have several years of experience in a comparable function in an SME environment and are well familiar with the financial management of a project-oriented business. Knowledge from the construction or construction-related industry is of great advantage. You think analytically and entrepreneurially and know how to communicate even complex financial topics clearly and appropriately to the target group. Very good German and French skills as well as a certain willingness to travel within Switzerland are required. Gerlafingen or Rümlang are available as places of work.
