To strengthen our team in Baden in the Canton of Aargau, we are looking for a Team Leader Electrical Services (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

As Team Leader of our Electrical Services team, you will bear the technical and disciplinary responsibility for your team and thus ensure the trouble-free operation of all production facilities of our main customer Accelleron Turbo Systems (formerly ABB) in Baden AG. You lead, coordinate, and promote your team, plan assignments, and are the central contact person for our customer on site. Accelleron is a world-leading company in the development and manufacture of exhaust turbochargers.

At Quant Service in Baden, you will meet a highly motivated and collegial team of approx. 30 employees working as a maintenance team in various functions.

What are your responsibilities?

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the electronics team, including deployment planning, coaching, and further development of team members
• Ensuring trouble-free operation through independent performance and monitoring of maintenance and repairs on CNC-controlled machine tools and various systems
• Contact person for the diagnosis, analysis, and rectification of malfunctions, including coordination with the local service team
• Ensuring correct documentation of maintenance and repair work as well as responsibility for adjustments to maintenance procedures and their storage in the Quant Service Porta
• Close cooperation with the TL Mechanik and the Head of Planning&Resources, participation in projects
• Coordination of the continuous improvement process as well as proactive identification and implementation of optimizations within the team
• Modeling, promoting, and enforcing a high safety standard within the team
• Responsibility for the support of new investment projects of the customer, including planning and conducting training
• Coordination of spare parts procurement as well as ensuring general workshop organization
• Main contact person for the customer on site in technical and organizational matters

What do we expect from you?

• Completed training in the electrotechnical field (Automatiker, Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, or Elektromonteur)
• Further training as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Safety Advisor, or similar
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of machine tools, ideally with initial experience in a leadership or coordination function, preferably in the MEM industry
• Control experience (e.g., Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma) as well as drive and measurement technology is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working as well as high customer and service orientation
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate, promote, and develop a team
• Organizational talent for the assignment and resource planning of the team
• High communication skills and assertiveness as a contact person for customers, the team, and internal departments
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Readiness for sporadic on-call service (Pikettdienst) in the event of technical malfunctions
• Occasional external assignments with other customers in Switzerland
• Ideally further training in the field of team leadership, Werkmeister, technical specialization, or comparable
