For a modern and committed nursing unit, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (m/w/d) to strengthen the team.

In a manageable and collegial team, patients from different medical specialties are cared for individually and holistically. Needs-based care and the promotion of independence are at the center of this.

The position is particularly suitable for Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen who have just completed their training and are looking to enter the professional world.
Your tasks

• Professional and patient-oriented care and support of patients
• Supporting patients on their way to the greatest possible independence
• Responsibility for holistic and needs-based care
• Implementation and documentation of nursing measures
• Close cooperation with various specialist disciplines and professional groups
• Participation in a continuous improvement of nursing quality
• Taking on responsibility within your own area of responsibility
• Accompanying and supporting patients throughout the entire course of treatment

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• In case of a foreign diploma, corresponding SRK recognition or at least one positive SRK PreCheck
