AVOR Employee (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Ensuring smooth technical order processing from order receipt to production and assembly release
• Carrying out technical coordination with customers and obtaining the binding release "Good for execution"
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of assembly assignments in cooperation with customers and assembly teams
• Ensuring an efficient flow of information between sales, production, assembly and end customers
• Creation and preparation of production-ready CAD drawings based on customer sketches and technical specifications
• Preparation of production and assembly documents for timely implementation
• Creation of programs and production data based on approved drawings
• Support in the optimization of work and production processes
• Taking over deputy duties in order entry during absences
• Ensuring high data quality and process compliance

Your Profile ###

• Completed manual or commercial training in an industrial company
• Experience in work preparation, technical order processing or production planning is an advantage
• Good knowledge in creating and reading technical drawings
• Experience in telephone customer contact and in clarifying technical questions
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in the coordination of different stakeholder groups
• Experience in cooperation with sales, production, technology and assembly is an advantage
• Further training in the field of AVOR, project management or process management desirable
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common ERP and CAD systems is an advantage
