Specialist Research Administration What you will do here * independently accompany research projects administratively from financial implementation to project completion * create and be responsible for financial reports and reportings for funding organizations, department controlling as well as internal stakeholders * competently advise researchers, project managers and institute managements on financial, administrative and funding law issues * continuously develop and optimize processes, templates and instruments in research controlling and research administration * professionally accompany new employees in research administration; work as a contact person with funding organizations What you ideally bring * EFZ Kauffrau / Kaufmann, further education with a focus on finance, controlling or project controlling is desired * several years of professional experience in project or financial controlling, ideally in a university, research or publicly funded environment * sound knowledge in SAP as well as very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, knowledge of the funding landscape (SNF, Innosuisse, EU) are an advantage * analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as enjoyment in processing complex issues independently * strong communication, service-oriented personality with very good German skills as well as good knowledge in French and English.
