The Stiftung YOU COUNT accompanies and supervises children and adolescents with special educational needs between 4 and 16 years old. At our 10 locations in the Canton of Bern, we offer various services for individual support, which are based on systemic social pedagogy as well as individual school instruction according to a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. In the Spiez metropolitan area, the foundation maintains further residential offers for adolescents in the training phase.

At our location in Weissenburgberg, there are three residential groups (6-7 children/adolescents) and three school classes.

Your tasks ##

• Accompanying and guiding the children and adolescents in the practical work environment
• Collaboration with a professional multidisciplinary team. In the areas of School / Living / Experiential Pedagogy / Social Pedagogy / Therapy
• Assumption of program and production responsibilities (furniture production, manual training, renovation)
• Maintenance of infrastructure and surroundings
