Dipl. Bauführer in New Construction / Renovation (m/w)

Tasks:
Independent management and supervision of construction sites in the area of new construction and renovation
Planning and organization of the construction sites as well as ensuring efficient work preparation
Allocation of inventory, machines and personnel
Leadership and support of the construction site teams
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality, costs and deadlines
Timely preparation of measurements and invoicing
Close cooperation with clients, planners and our general contracting company to optimize the construction projects

Profile:
Dipl. Bauführer SBA or Techniker/-in HF Bauführung Hochbau
Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
High organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication and leadership competence
Confident handling of MS Office; experience with BauBit is an advantage
Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
