In this context, we are looking for a Mold Fitter / Toolmaker – Injection Molds (M/F) Your mission You ensure the maintenance, restoration, and reliability of our injection molds. Thanks to your expertise in mechanics and fitting, you contribute directly to the quality of the produced parts and the availability of our equipment. Your responsibilities Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble injection molds. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations. Diagnose malfunctions and identify their origin. Perform necessary adjustments on the various elements of the mold. Perform precise manual retouching and polishing operations. Inspect cavities, parting lines, seats, guides, sliders, and ejection systems. Replace, repair, or adjust worn or damaged components. Inspect cooling circuits and mechanical systems. Participate in mold testing after intervention. Analyze defects observed on injected parts and propose corrections. Document interventions and ensure the traceability of the work performed. Participate in continuous improvement and the reliability of our tooling. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and the design office. Your profile Training as a polymechanic, micromecanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker, or equivalent training. Practical experience in maintenance, fitting, or manufacturing of injection molds. Ability to disassemble and reassemble a mold independently and methodically. Very good mastery of mechanical fitting, retouching, and polishing. Good reading of mechanical drawings and understanding of tolerances. Mastery of conventional measuring instruments. Good understanding of the operation of an injection mold. Ability to diagnose a mechanical problem or an injection defect. Additional skills appreciated Mastery of conventional or CNC milling constitutes an important advantage for this position. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas would also be appreciated: Surface grinding. EDM (sinker or wire). Laser welding and post-welding repair. Programming or use of CAD/CAM. Micro-injection and high-precision tooling. Manufacturing of parts with high aesthetic requirements. Your qualities Great meticulousness and attention to detail.
