Take on your main role as Heating Plant Operator as Thermal Supply Employee (m/w/d) This is what you can achieve: • Full steam: You ensure the fault-free supply of the production facilities with process steam. • Responsible: You operate and maintain the plants, taking into account the operating parameters (water, steam, and sludge). • Decisive: You work independently at the process control system and at the plants after thorough introduction. At the same time, you pass on important information to your colleagues and superiors in the shift team. • Safety: You comply with all safety regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues. You pay attention to order and cleanliness. This is what you bring: • Tech enthusiast: You have a mechanical or technical basic training.  • Competencies: You have good knowledge of thermodynamics and the water-steam cycle.  • Personality: You are reliable and open to changes and process improvements.  • Commitment: Your time flexibility is high and you are willing to work shifts. • Language talent: Very good German language skills in word and writing (proven at least level B2) are a prerequisite for clear communication.
