What you can achieve: * Full steam: You ensure the trouble-free supply of the production plants with process steam. * Responsible: You operate and maintain the plants taking into account the operating parameters (water, steam, and sludge). * Decisive: After thorough introduction, you work independently on the process control system as well as on the plants. At the same time, you pass on important information to your colleagues and supervisors in the shift team. * Safety: You comply with all safety regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues. In doing so, you pay attention to order and cleanliness. What you bring with you: * Tech freak: You have a basic mechanical or technical education. * Competencies: You have good knowledge of thermodynamics and the water-steam cycle. * Personality: You are reliable and open to changes and process improvements. * Ready for action: Your temporal flexibility is high and you are ready to perform shift work. * Language talent: Very good German skills in spoken and written form (demonstrably at least level B2) are a prerequisite for clear communication. * Ideally, you bring an interest in joining our company fire brigade.
