YOUR MISSION ### • Advising and supporting our customers on all insurance matters - by telephone and directly at the counter • You process contract changes independently and efficiently • You arrange consultation appointments by telephone for our insurance and pension advisors - with a sense for coordination and acquisition • You support the internal departments with administrative tasks, especially in contract administration Your Competencies #### • With a positive aura and confident appearance, you convince customers and colleagues • Teamwork is a matter of course for you - and your good mood is infectious • You work in a goal-oriented, quality-conscious manner with a clear focus on results • You have proficient German in spoken and written form; good Italian and English skills are a plus Your Experience and Education #### • Experience in the insurance industry and/or in sales and customer advisory is an advantage • You have a completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent training in customer service • You possess the certificate "Versicherungsvermittler:in VBV" Let's go - send us: #### • Your CV • An extract from the criminal record (not older than 3 months) • An extract from the debt enforcement register (not older than 3 months)   Function: Customer Advisor Agencies N01
