On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a security officer (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the management of SST events, from their reporting to their analysis, and you will coordinate the implementation as well as the follow-up of the measures defined with the various interlocutors. You will also ensure the updating of SST statistics and indicators • You will be the person of reference for the SST relay team. You will contribute to maintaining a positive dynamic within the group, accompany the relays in their activities, and provide them with the necessary support in the exercise of their role • You will advise and accompany the employer as well as the responsible managers on various themes relating to occupational health and safety. You will work in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders on subjects such as RPOs, the application of internal rules, workplace ergonomics, or even situations related to maternity. • You will pilot and coordinate various SST projects and activities, including: you will supervise the provision and monitoring of specific personal protective equipment (EPI): you will take charge of requests relating to ergonomic equipment and ensure their follow-up: you will ensure the updating and proper functioning of the tool relating to workstation instructions, taking into account the developments and needs expressed by production and support functions: you will ensure the follow-up and evolution of the tool dedicated to SST training, depending on the changes and needs identified within the manufacture • You will ensure the maintenance and availability of first aid equipment and ensure the regular updating of the corresponding documentation. • You will provide your support for the coordination of work carried out with the Maintenance and Building teams. You will contribute to their preparation and organization in order to guarantee the consideration and respect of occupational health and safety requirements Your profile: • You benefit from recognized training in the field of occupational health and safety (MSST): SST Engineer, Security Officer, holder of the Federal Diploma of "Specialist in occupational safety and health protection", or training deemed equivalent • You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally acquired in an industrial environment, and possess good knowledge of technical processes and environments. • You have basic knowledge or experience in the field of mechanics and/or maintenance • You are proficient in MS Office and are comfortable with IT tools in general. • You have a B2 level of English, allowing you to communicate effectively in a professional environment. • You are a versatile, flexible, and reactive person, recognized for your proactivity, rigor, and reliability • You have excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and enjoy teamwork with various interlocutors. • You know how to manage priorities and stress, especially during periods of heavy workload, while maintaining your efficiency and sense of organization. • You have good skills in operational project management and are comfortable in the coordination and follow-up of actions until their implementation.
