Benefits Clerk (m/f/d) 80 - 100 % We build bridges and use our expertise on behalf of Swiss health insurers, the cantons, and the Confederation. We play a central role in the implementation of Swiss and European social security law. Benefits Clerk (m/f/d) 80 - 100 % As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed female colleague / committed male colleague to strengthen the Benefits team. You deal with special cases and process benefit requests in the outpatient and inpatient sectors. You decide on guarantees of payment, record the invoices of service providers, and provide information in writing and by telephone to private individuals, domestic and foreign health insurers, employers, liaison offices, authorities, and administrations. You have a commercial apprenticeship, training in the healthcare industry, or bring experience in the health insurance industry. Career changers and those re-entering the workforce are also very welcome. Proficient use of common MS Office applications and other IT systems is a matter of course for you. You also distinguish yourself through a prompt, discreet, and reliable way of working. Good German language skills in spoken and written form are a prerequisite for this function. You apply these confidently in daily telephone and written contact with our customers. English skills are an advantage. Independent working suits you as well as the rapid grasping of facts. You also keep an overview even with multiple tasks and convince through accuracy, openness, and reliability. You value respectful and supportive interaction within the team as much as we do.
