To reinforce our estimator team in the construction company, we are looking for an estimator immediately or by arrangement. Your job ## • Creating offers and quotes for master builder works (above-ground, below-ground, conversion, and structural concrete construction) • Developing calculations and cost estimates including time expenditures according to the tender and/or bill of quantities for construction tenders and submissions using ERP ABACUS. • Structuring and managing the calculation process and preparing the offer calculation taking into account the cost-benefit analysis. • Obtaining and comparing quotes for material and subcontractors in the calculation process. • Creating further documents such as installation plans, construction programs, reports, and fundamentals to supplement the offer. • Making adjustments for revised offers. • Preparation of contract negotiations in cooperation with the Head of Calculation • Participation in internal meetings for dossier handover to the Head of Execution and construction managers. • Contact person for the Head of Execution and construction managers. • Forwarding documents for securing and further processing to the Technical Secretariat. Your profile ## • Completed higher vocational training in the construction industry (e.g., construction manager, master builder, engineer, or similar) with subsequent experience in a technical or commercial office function • Several years of professional experience in calculation • Good technical understanding as well as strong numerical understanding • Very good German skills in spoken and written form Our offer ## A versatile position with high personal responsibility awaits you, as well as attractive employment conditions with performance-related remuneration and good social benefits.
