In our external residential group Kristall, we offer living space for 10 older residents, most of whom are retired and are permitted to spend their final stage of life in the residential group. Participation, self-determination and co-determination, and personal development are the significant themes in the pedagogical support. Maintaining social contacts, integration into the residential neighborhood and the community, and varied leisure activities are further important aspects that enrich everyday residential life and contribute to the quality of life.

We are looking for, starting from 01 January 2027 or by arrangement, a dedicated:

Residential Group Leader 80-100%

Your meaningful tasks:

• Management and leadership of the residential group, incl. implementation of the leadership principles and the processes of the management manual
• Further development of the team
• Budget responsibility
• Instruction, guidance and support of the team in the work processes
• Creation of the duty roster
• Vocational trainer
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist departments, legal representatives and external specialist departments as well as medical service providers
• Accompanying, promoting and supporting the residents in their everyday life and in their striving for independence and self-determination
• Domestic activities

What you bring with you:

• Leadership experience
• Training in social pedagogy (HF or FH) or HF nursing
• Joy and experience in the care of people with intellectual disabilities
• Ideally experience in nursing or a high interest in nursing tasks
• High interest in medical topics surrounding the topic of aging - such as dementia or palliative care
• High social competence
• You are innovative and engage yourself with ideas and your knowledge
• Independent way of working
• Driver's license category B
