Requirements: You possess expertise and experience in nursing to confidently master the challenges in the everyday life of long-term care. Your diploma is recognized in Switzerland and you can express yourself confidently in German, both in writing and orally. Tasks: Quality standards, hygiene concept, kinesthetics, checklists, electronic nursing documentation – all this and more are valuable tools for good nursing and care. However, they alone do not make our residents satisfied. Even more important are employees who perform their work with joy and passion.
