Accompany adults welcomed into daily life and in specific interventions of their personalized project Guarantee the areas of care and personal assistance Ensure medico-technical acts under the delegation of a nurse Participate in individual and collective activities in the form of workshops, animations, or outings Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents Guarantee optimal circulation of information Perform administrative and logistical tasks inherent to the care team Contribute to the supervision, training, and support of ASSC apprentices, interns, as well as any new person integrated within their team A CFC as ASSC with right of practice The willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team, dynamism, interpersonal skills Interest and experience with people in situations of disability Mastery of standard IT tools Swiss nationality or valid permit We offer: An exciting and dynamic working environment.
