Spitex Horgen-Oberrieden is part of the Society division of the Municipality of Horgen and belongs to the Department of Age, Health and Spitex. Around 80 employees ensure that our clients can lead a self-determined life at home. Team Lead Nursing 60-80% Our team leader is being promoted, which is why we are looking for a strong-willed, committed and empathetic leadership personality as of 1 September 2026. Your tasks With us, you will take on a responsible and versatile role close to people, the team and the further development of our organization. You will operationally lead one of our two nursing teams and simultaneously stay close to the action by occasionally working in nursing yourself. You will lead projects, actively participate in their implementation and help shape the further development of our organization creatively, solution-oriented and future-oriented. In doing so, you will work closely with other specialist departments, ensure good networking and contribute to making cooperation successful in everyday life. What characterizes you You have training as a nursing professional HF/FH and already bring leadership experience including leadership training. You convince through strong social competence, teamwork and communication skills. You also bring IT knowledge as well as interest in social media. An independent and structured way of working, high initiative and team spirit characterize you. You also remain flexible, committed and do not lose your sense of humor even in challenging situations.
