What you can contribute

• Design of the enterprise core platform: take responsibility for a critical, high-availability Windows Server & Active Directory infrastructure, an essential element of our IT system
• Platform integration and tooling: manage the operation and seamless integration of critical workaround systems into our Windows environments
• Automation-driven approach: using Powershell and toolsets, automate the entire process, from deployment to monitoring and configuration management
• Security and hardening: implement tiering models, apply the principle of least privilege, and proactively strengthen the security of our Microsoft platform
• Freedom of action: evaluate new technologies, design resilient architectures, and deploy them effectively, going beyond the management of existing systems

What makes you unique

• Foundation: training in computer science (CFC/ES/HES/university) or equivalent qualification accompanied by practical experience and technical knowledge
• Heading into the depths: proven practical experience in defense in depth (Active Directory, Windows Server and, ideally, privileged access management)

• Security priority: understanding of the risks to which local infrastructures are exposed, interest in locking down systems using the most recent best practices
• Sense of initiative and motivation: autonomous and structured work; proactive personality who identifies new potential and brings ideas to the team

As the IT service provider for the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (DEFR), the IT Service Center of the DEFR (ISCeco) is responsible for a wide range of services necessary for the implementation of a modern e-government, and plays a key role in the digital transformation of the DEFR offices.
