Operations Manager Maintenance (m/f/d) 100 %

As Operations Manager Maintenance, you will ensure the smooth running of our cleaning objects in the Basel area. You will lead your team, plan the assignments, and ensure that our customers can rely on the highest quality at all times.

Your tasks

• Operative deployment planning as well as personnel and resource allocation in the assigned maintenance objects.
• Leadership, guidance, and motivation of the cleaning team, including the organization of holiday and sickness replacements.
• Primary contact person for customers on-site as well as processing of concerns and complaints.
• Regular object and quality controls as well as ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
• Participation in the recruitment of new employees as well as responsibility for the monthly hour accounting.

Your profile

• Completed training in cleaning or several years of professional experience in the industry, ideally with leadership experience.
• Precise, systematic, and independent way of working with a high awareness of quality.
• Communication strength, organizational talent, and strong customer orientation.
• Very good German skills; other languages (e.g., Portuguese, Italian) are an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance, good PC skills as well as driver's license category B.
