Your tasks

• Calculation of projects in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary (HLKS)
• Preparation of offers and tenders
• Analysis and processing of bills of quantities
• Obtaining and comparing supplier and contractor offers
• Determination of material, personnel and external service costs
• Creation of detailed calculations and post-calculations
• Technical and commercial clarifications with customers, suppliers and planners
• Support of the project managers in the preparation and awarding of projects
• Continuous optimization of calculation bases and costs
• Collaboration in the preparation of submissions

Your profile

• Training in the field of HLKS / building technology, e.g., building services technician, heating installer, sanitary installer or comparable
• Professional experience in calculation or project processing is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and/or sanitary
• Technical understanding and strong flair for numbers
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Negotiation skills and communication strength
• Good German skills in spoken and written
