Assistant Construction PPE M/F Our client is a renowned general company based in the Lausanne region. They have mandated us to accompany them in the recruitment of an Assistant Construction PPE M/F. Job creation 6-month CDD (possibly renewable) to be filled immediately Missions Your main responsibilities are: In collaboration with the PPE Manager, and as part of the construction of a major PPE in the Canton of Vaud: - Establishment and preparation of quotes for clients, on Excel - Administrative follow-up of PPE files (and subsequently of buyers) - Update of follow-up tables and databases - Realization of necessary reminders and deadline follow-up - Organization and classification of files - Coordination of exchanges between buyers, companies, and partners - Regular travel to the construction site This list is not exhaustive Candidate profile - Experience in a similar position in Switzerland required (Project Assistant, DT Assistant, Technical Assistant...) - Skills in reading plans and technical coordination - Excellent knowledge of the Office Pack, particularly Excel - Rigor, sense of organization, ability to manage several files in parallel We will only respond to applications that meet the criteria indicated above Conditions and Benefits - Excellent working environment - Teamwork - Versatility and autonomy jpid2f92199jm jpit0627jm jpiy26jm
