Coordination Innovation and Projects Workload: 40 -- 70 % Start date: By arrangement Workplace: Pratteln / by arrangement Field of activity * You will take over the independent management of strategically relevant and cross-departmental projects on behalf of the executive management. * You recognize development and innovation potentials along our service chain and develop new ideas and concrete projects from them. * You deal with the question of which offers our clients need today and in the future. * You develop innovative and sustainable concepts and accompany them from the first idea to implementation. * You bring different perspectives and people together and ensure that implementable solutions arise from ideas. * You observe social, professional and socio-political developments and recognize opportunities for Stiftung Mosaik from them. Your role in our organization The function is a staff position directly subordinate to the Chairman of the Executive Management. You work closely with the heads of our various departments. Projects arise in dialogue: The professional responsibility of the departments is combined with your project and development competence. In this way, we create solutions that are professionally sound, cross-departmentally conceived and consistently oriented towards the needs of our clients. Your profile You are a creative and innovative personality who likes to think beyond existing structures, recognizes opportunities and develops concrete solutions from ideas. You have a tertiary educational degree and bring the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships, structure them and translate them into sustainable concepts. You work independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility, set your own impulses and drive topics forward from the idea to implementation with the necessary perseverance. You communicate convincingly, enjoy working with different people and disciplines and succeed in winning others over to new ideas. Knowledge of the social landscape and its framework conditions is an advantage, but not a requirement.
