For the winter season, we are reinforcing our Customer Service Center at the Givisiez headquarters.

This position is for you!

Responsibilities

• You will process customer requests via different channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.) and take their needs into account
• You will answer breakdown calls, process complaints
• You will prepare quotes and/or schedule technician interventions in the software according to importance, urgency, availability of human and material resources
• You will contribute to achieving commercial performance objectives

Qualifications

Holder of a CFC Employé de commerce, you have successful experience in a similar function ideally in automotive service sales or in a call center.
You are comfortable using digital tools.

To succeed in your missions, you are recognized for your listening skills, organizational skills, team spirit, and sense of service.

This position is to be filled on a CDD basis, 50% - 80%, from late September until the end of the month of December 2026
