To complete an educational team for our Rue Neuve apartment located in Cugy (VD), where a particular emphasis is placed on social integration, we are looking for, for an immediate start or to be agreed upon: Educators ES / HES or ASE at 90% ---------------------------------------------- The Position: * Work within an educational team composed of people with different training. * Accompany 6 beneficiaries daily, including weekends according to rotation, individually and collectively, in order to provide them with comfort and quality of life. * Provide delegated medico-technical care in relation to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse. * Participate in the preparation and realization of meals and the maintenance of the living space in general. * Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and follow-up of pedagogical projects and therapeutic programs for the beneficiaries. * Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries. * Participate in educational colloquiums and inter-sector networks. * Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners. * Manage administrative tasks relating to the beneficiaries and the educational team. The Profile: * HES or ES diploma in social education or CFC as a socio-educational assistant, eager to enrich the support of beneficiaries through the diversity and complementarity of backgrounds. * Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care. * Ease in teamwork, organization and reliability, autonomy. * Good computer skills. * Driver's license.
