For the Informatik department, we are looking for a Business Information Scientist Focus Operations and Data Analysis, 100% at the Solothurn location, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your responsibility • A stable and smooth operation of our specialist applications is ensured by you. In doing so, you can analyze, rectify malfunctions in ongoing operations and develop sustainable solutions. • You accompany deployments, patches as well as system updates and ensure operational readiness. • You participate in major productions such as tax return dispatch and advance withdrawals. • You document system configurations, operational processes and evaluations precisely and work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers. Your profile • You have completed training in Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH or HF). • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is required. • You bring experience in the creation of specialist-specific evaluations and in IT operations, ideally in a public or regulated environment. • You are characterized by a reliable, solution-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality and team spirit.
