We are looking for a committed personality as HSEQ Manager m/f/d 100% immediately or by arrangement. As HSEQ Manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of processes in the areas of occupational health and safety, health, environmental protection, and quality assurance. You act as an interface between management, employees, and authorities and ensure that all legal requirements are met. Your tasks and responsibility Occupational Health and Safety: Identification of hazards, creation of risk assessments, monitoring of safety standards and accident prevention Health Management: Coordination of preventive health measures, check-ups, and training for employees Environmental Protection: Ensuring environmentally friendly production processes, compliance with standards, permits for structural changes, and sustainable resource use Quality Management: Integration of quality standards into existing management systems, monitoring of implementation, and training of employees also: Responsibility for compliance with structural, technical, and organizational safety specifications as well as compliance with quality specifications at the Lyss and Wallisellen locations Responsibility for ensuring and further developing the factory production control (WPK) according to EN 1090 (EXC2/EXC3). This includes compliance with quality, welding, and testing specifications, CE conformity including DoP, as well as seamless documentation and traceability. There is close cooperation with production, quality, welding supervision, as well as external testing and certification bodies.
