Télé-Thyon S.A. is a dynamic and expanding company, active in the field of mechanical lifts, accommodation rental and catering. A Server To complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Télé-Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department: Your missions: - Perform cleaning, setup and dressing tasks of the restaurant; - Set up service consoles, wine glasses, cutlery, bread baskets, bill trays; - Welcome the customer upon arrival at the restaurant, seat them at a table and present them with the drink menu and then the menu; - Take orders and carry out the service for the tables in their range; - Clear tables, put them back in place for the next services and store equipment; - Prepare coffees, drinks, and hold the bar in replacement of colleagues; - Apply hygiene, food safety and internal procedure rules; - Intervene with the customer within the limits of their duties; - Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, terraces and surroundings, customer and staff toilets as well as locker rooms; - Participate in waste sorting in accordance with the establishment's directives; - Contribute to the snow clearing of terraces and restaurant accesses when necessary. Your profile: - Sense of welcome, work in the room and customer service; - Good relationship and perfect mastery of the codes of the relationship with customers; - In-depth knowledge of the rules and techniques of service; - Good command of English; - Good team spirit; - Excellent presentation and punctuality; - Dynamism, and good resistance to stress; - Commercial fiber; - Sense of organization; - Prior knowledge of the restaurant offer, menu and wines; - Knowledge of the station's events and ski area (cabin schedules, names of surrounding mountains, etc.); - Good level of skiing or snowboarding allowing to reach the workplace safely regardless of weather conditions.
