YOUR TASKS In this demanding role, you are responsible for the optimal control of the performance of Klinik Hirslanden Zürich. You ensure that medical staff, intervention rooms, and bed capacities are efficiently adjusted to patient demand. In doing so, you play a decisive role in the development of forecast models for patient demand and seasonal trends in the healthcare industry. Additionally, you keep an overview of patient flows and case management to create long-term synergies. Together with the clinic management and medical staff, you work to position the clinic's service offer in the best possible way. Furthermore, you lead interdisciplinary projects within the clinic and in the group. YOUR PROFILE • Higher professional training in the healthcare industry with further training in healthcare or hospital management or higher business management training with corresponding further training portfolio and experience in healthcare and hospital management • Competencies in process, quality or project management • Several years of management experience in a comparable function You also score with your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your networked thinking. You are familiar with controlling instruments and their further development and operational application. Do you also have good communication skills and are you assertive?
