What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training in the food sector (milk or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and perhaps already have initial experience as an AnlagenführerIn.
• You demonstrate your flexibility, among other things, in your willingness to work in 4-shift systems.
• You are proficient in the German language, both written and spoken, and possess a technical flair.
• You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP).
• Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to achieve peak performance; you are resilient and do not lose your calm even in stressful situations.
