• Accompany patients towards maximum autonomy during their rehabilitation.
• Perform care and monitoring contributing to their functional recovery.
• Support the resumption of activities of daily living and the return home.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team committed to the patient's therapeutic project.
• Participate in safe, personalized and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Holder of a CFC as Assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC).
• Recognized for your team spirit, your sense of collaboration and your versatility.
• Capable of prioritizing, organizing and coordinating your activities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, great motivation and constant commitment towards quality of care.
• Flexible, autonomous and comfortable in managing demanding situations, with a good capacity for adaptation.
