We are looking for an agreement with an: Employee in House Service 80% You are employed by Rägi Services AG and will be deployed with one of our clients, a retirement and nursing home. The working hours are fixed from 09.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 16.00. The house service is responsible for the flawless, well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing and purposeful infrastructure (buildings, surroundings, machines and furniture) and ensures its maintenance according to the applicable standards and legal guidelines. Your tasks: • Ensure the technical systems in operation through visual inspection and reporting to superiors • Carry out all maintenance and repair work on the building and surroundings independently • Use the available resources optimally • Independent organization of work processes in your own area of responsibility • Monitor the work of the possibly involved service providers • Provide infrastructure and prepare events in the house • Proper and professional execution of all assigned tasks • Ensure cleanliness and order in your area • Optimal fulfillment of tasks in terms of quality and quantity • Inform the superior comprehensively and without gaps • Process orders according to the ticket system Hausmanager • Fulfill daily and weekly orders according to the ticket system Hausmanager • Snow clearing and salting in winter • Follow the corresponding instructions, regulations and checklists • Parking and bus system • Planting and maintenance of the outdoor area • Painting work • Professional disposal • Repair of wheelchairs and walkers Your profile: • At least 3 years of professional experience. • Valid driver's license cat.
