Precise manual soldering of SMD, THT, and multilayer components according to manufacturing documentation. Repair, rework, and modification of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards. Carrying out visual inspections and quality controls. Support in process optimizations and contact person for soldering technical questions. Compliance with safety, ESD, and quality standards. Several years of experience in the field of manual soldering is mandatory Sound knowledge in soldering complex designs (e.g., BGA, Micro BGA, Glass BGA, QFP, package size 0201 or cross-section AWG 30) Confident handling of soldering stations, microscopes, and ESD-compliant working Valid IPC-A-610 certificate is a prerequisite Knowledge in IPC 7711/7721 is an advantage Precise, reliable, and team-oriented way of working Flat hierarchies, direct communication, and a corporate culture characterized by integrity, courage, and a sense of responsibility.
