Introduction

For our client, an established medical practice near Basel, we are looking for an engaged and patient-oriented personality as a Medical Practice Assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Reception and care of patients
• Telephone appointment scheduling as well as administrative activities
• Support of the medical team in daily practice operations
• Performing blood draws, laboratory work and other diagnostic examinations
• Assistance during treatments and minor procedures
• Management and maintenance of electronic patient documentation
• Coordination and organization of practice workflows

Profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or a comparable medical training
• Very good Albanian and German skills in speaking and writing are mandatory
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and a strong understanding of service
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills and discretion
• X-ray certificate is an advantage or the willingness to complete this promptly
