Workshop Team Lead / Deputy Building Maintenance (80%)

We are looking for September 2026 or by arrangement: Workshop Team Lead / Deputy Building Maintenance (80%) ## Requirement profile: ### • Occupational agogic or social pedagogical training • Completed vocational training in a craft profession • Experience in dealing with people with mental impairments • High social competence, leadership talent, and joy in guiding people in difficult life situations • Independent, proactive, and reliable way of working • Flexibility and willingness to work in our other work areas • Structured, solution-oriented, and motivating way of working • Good PC skills (Word / Excel) • Maintaining operational and case-related documentation (RedLine) according to agogic principles • Independence, flexibility, assertiveness • Ability to work in a team • High resilience and social competence • Driver's license is required Tasks: ### • Monitoring deadlines, customer contacts in relation to the respective order • Work preparation and work control in cooperation with the workshop team • Material management / material administration • Work instruction and accompaniment of a group or individual clients • Accompaniment according to agogic principles • Deputizing in the area of building maintenance • Willingness to work in other work areas • Reference person work for a certain number of clients • Maintaining operational and case-related documentation (RedLine) and administration • Contact with external agencies (social services, offices, doctors, clinics) We offer: ### • A challenging, exciting and versatile job • 4 day week • No weekend work • 5 weeks vacation • Meaningful and varied activity with social impact • Collaboration in a committed and appreciative team • Opportunities for professional and personal further training • Good social benefits • Workplace in the immediate vicinity of the SBB station Application to: LETPack, Güterstrasse 133, 4053 Basel or k.gfroerer@letpack.ch with the note: " Werkstatt 80%"
