Your tasks • You identify and recruit qualified specialists and managers for companies from the pharma, biotech, medtech, and chemistry industries. • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from candidate search to successful placement. • You write and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media channels. • You conduct telephone, virtual, and personal interviews with candidates. • You assess profiles regarding technical qualifications and personal suitability. • You build a sustainable network of life science specialists and actively maintain it. • You work closely with our customers, analyze their requirements, and identify suitable talents. • You use modern sourcing methods and recruiting tools to attract candidates. • You continuously maintain and develop our talent pool. What you bring with you • Completed training in the field of Life Sciences, for example as a laboratory technician, CTA/PTA/ chemical technician. • Professional experience in the pharma, biotech, medtech, or chemistry industry is an advantage. • Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or in a customer-oriented function is a plus, but not a requirement. • Fluent in German and French as well as good English skills are very important. • Strong communication and relationship skills. • Enjoyment in networking people and building long-term relationships. • High initiative, willingness to learn, and service orientation. • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working. • Enthusiasm for a dynamic environment with a lot of personal responsibility.
