We are looking for a team member for our newly created position in the billing team at our headquarters in Bern, starting immediately or by arrangement, and offer a versatile position.

Your area of responsibility

Preparation of monthly contract-compliant invoices and credit notes for the various operations throughout Switzerland

*

Ensuring the correct representation of customer contracts in our ERP systems

*

Assessment of customer orders in close cooperation with customer service and the sales department

*

Qualitative checking, recording and maintenance of customer master data

*

Preparation of evaluations for specialist departments as well as customers

*

Regular updating of master data

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or similar education
• Several years of professional experience in billing, internal sales or customer service, etc.
• Understanding and interest in ERP systems as well as affinity for financial processes
• Good user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French and/or English
• Confident communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Team-oriented, motivated and positive personality with a flair for numbers
