To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) starting immediately.
Your tasks
Comprehensive and independent management of complex client mandates during interim assignments on-site as well as in outsourcing
Operational accounting for our clients (financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting including payments & dunning management)
Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Timely processing of value-added tax
Support during audits and competent accompaniment of clients in all finance- and tax-specific matters
Support in the optimization of accounting processes
Active assistance and support in operational controlling
Assistance and support in the acquisition as well as the onboarding of new client mandates
Your profile
Completed Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, Fiduciary, or a comparable qualification
Several years of sound professional experience in finance, fiduciary services, or auditing
Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards OR, Swiss GAAP FER, as well as IFRS
Confident handling of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
High motivation and enthusiasm for flexible work directly at the client's site
Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, reliability, and initiative
