The Stiftung Salome Brunner is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with language development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the Canton of Bern. The Sprachheilschule Biel-Seeland is a special public school for children and adolescents with a complex language development disorder and includes five classes in cycle one and one class in cycle two. Small classes allow for addressing the individual needs of the students. Speech therapy and psychomotorics take place as individual therapy. As of 01.02.2027 we are looking for

Tasks ###

• the speech therapeutic support of the students - interdisciplinary work in a team - parental cooperation as needed

Requirements ###

• completed studies in speech therapy or currently studying - joy and interest in working with children and adolescents with special needs in the area of language, communication, behavior and learning - open, team player and flexible

• great creative freedom in therapeutic work - collaboration and exchange in a dedicated speech therapist team - well-equipped, private speech therapy room - collaboration in the interdisciplinary team (speech therapy, teaching, psychomotorics) - mentorship during the induction period - employment conditions based on cantonal regulations (LAV/LAG)
