Your tasks • Telephone consultation for patients regarding health-related questions • Professional, competent and customer-oriented support on the telephone • Carrying out anamneses and initial medical triage to the medical team • Complete and precise documentation of the conversations and consultations • Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors as well as external service providers • Active participation in the further development of services and processes • Collaboration in self-organized teams with high personal responsibility Your profile Completed training as: • Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) • Pharma-Assistant / Pharma-Assistant • Registered Nurse DN II or HF • Healthcare Specialist / Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) with several years of experience in the acute care sector You bring with you: • Professional experience in direct patient contact and good German and French skills • Joy in using modern communication and information systems • Social competence, empathy, teamwork and initiative • Joy in working independently as well as in the active co-design of processes • Readiness to work in shift operation (24/7) • Rapid comprehension, flexibility and resilience A varied and responsible task awaits you with a high degree of personal responsibility, 40-hour week and at least five weeks of vacation.
