May 2026 or by arrangement, permanent Your tasks As a vocational trainer, you work together with apprentices (FaGe) and students (Nursing HF and FH) to jointly ensure patient-oriented and professional nursing care. You are responsible for the planning, design, documentation, and evaluation of the entire learning process of the apprentices/students and participate as an expert in the training completions. You conduct educational zones with the apprentices/students and empower them for professional daily nursing life. You offer advice and support to the qualified nursing specialists in training matters and introduce new employees to the daily accompaniment of apprentices/students. In your role, you work closely with the vocational training specialist department. In the department, you are jointly responsible with the ward manager and the specialists for the organization and further development of the department. Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nurse (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you can demonstrate pedagogical further training or are willing to complete it, then you are exactly right for us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a daily supervisor. Demonstrated high professional competence in nursing, teamwork skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills are required. You are committed to the nursing profession and are aware of your role as a role model. Your interaction with apprentices/students is understanding, cooperative, and goal-oriented. You are motivated to promote and accompany the apprentices/students in achieving their practical competencies.
