Specialist in Facility Management EFZ / Caretaker (m/f/d) - 100% #### Your tasks: • Execution of all usual caretaker activities at customer properties • Maintenance cleaning of buildings, sanitary facilities, and general areas • Care and maintenance of outdoor facilities (lawn care, snow removal, leaf work) • Minor repairs and manual work • Monitoring and operation of building technology • Coordination and supervision of external service providers Your profile: • Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or several years of experience as a caretaker • Manual dexterity and technical understanding • Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working • Physical fitness and resilience • Driver's license Cat.
