For Tertianum Clair-logis in Delémont, we are immediately or by agreement seeking a 70% or 80% unit care manager nurse Your tasks \- Ensure individualized support for guests, responding to their needs and promoting their well-being. \- Organize, coordinate and participate in the daily care of guests. \- Supervise, support and accompany the nursing team in promoting a positive work dynamic. \- Ensure the management of nursing staff, including recruitment, integration and development of employees. \- Supervise the organization of the service and personnel planning (schedules, vacations). \- Guarantee the quality of care and services, while contributing to their continuous improvement. \- Ensure monitoring of service activity and quality and productivity indicators. \- Ensure respect for sector objectives and budget. \- Collaborate closely with management and ensure the link between teams and different partners (families, doctors, insurance companies and institutions). \- Participate actively in the continuity of services and, if necessary, reinforce the team on site. Your profile • Diploma in nursing care with Red Cross recognition completed with a CAS in management or willing to follow the training • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in geriatrics and team management experience an asset. • Marked interest in team coordination and interdisciplinary work • Ability to evolve in a developing environment and propose concrete solutions • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative • Excellent relational skills and benevolent communication • Flexibility and adaptability Why Tertianum?
